Meet Our Board of Directors

TRC’s board of directors are committed industry professionals who serve as key leaders in providing guidance to further advance TRC’s services within the community.

Beth Edwards

President

Beth is a senior marketing executive, devoted wife and mother, and passionate advocate for at-risk families, women, and children. Her commitment to community impact has earned recognition across Miami-Dade County and throughout Florida.

She brings a distinguished record of civic and nonprofit leadership, having served on numerous boards and appointed positions statewide — including the Board of Directors of The Children's Trust, the Florida Board of PTA/PTSA, the City of Miami Beach Quality of Education Committee, and as Miami-Dade County Council President of PTA/PTSA.

Most recently, Beth earned a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in Addiction Studies from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. She now channels that expertise as a trauma therapist, bringing the same dedication to her clients that has defined her career in public service and advocacy.

Mary Keinath

Mary is a dedicated wife, mother, and education advocate who has spent more than 25 years building a strong family and supporting children in her community. At 57 years old, she and her husband are proud parents of three foster-adopted teenagers. Through her personal and family experiences, she has developed a unique understanding of the mental health challenges facing youth and families in the community.
Passionate about ensuring that every child has access to quality educational opportunities and support services, Mary has been actively involved in local PTSAs on Miami Beach for many years.
She has also served in leadership training roles with the county PTSA, helping to develop and support parent leaders throughout Miami Beach schools. Her commitment to education, mental health awareness, family advocacy, and community service continues to make a positive impact on the lives of students and families alike.
